Once or twice a week, we order on the app on the way to work. We pull up, walk in, and the order is always ready and correct. They get us off to a great start for our day.

This Starbucks is so slow no matter when you go or how many people are in line or what you order. After 15 mins waiting on just a scone, I left without it.

Took my granddaughter to enjoy the new autumn drink. So disappointed!!!! There were 5 people behind the counter, very few customers, yet it took 20+ minutes to fill a one drink order. Plus, the drink was not made as ordered. Had to discard a $7 drink. Will not be going there again. Have not really been a fan of Starbucks anyway, and this sealed it.

went down to Austin for a few days, ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap w extra caramel and extra crunch and got neither the extra caramel nor the extra crunch. Lowkey kinda sucked because it was a venti but it’s whatever now. Next time just make sure to put in what people order pleaseeee thank you. Great service tho super nice people

I placed an online order around 10am when I was on the street turning into this location. There were 6 cars in the drive-thru already. The app told me 4-7 minutes to complete my order which was more than fine, I was in no rush. When I got into the drive thru there was about 2-3 minutes passed before I got to the kiosk where I told them I placed an online order. The lady working drive-thru had an attitude “next time order ahead with enough time for us to make your order, not just 2 minutes!” At this point there are still 3 cars in front of me…? And I ended up waiting within the 4-7 minute window for my order. I’ve always done it this way in the mornings because they are so unpredictable. Sometimes I’ve ordered ahead and my order has sat for 25 minutes on the counter because of the drive-thru orders in front of me. I don’t want my order to be cold so I’ve learned. I just thought her comment was really unnecessary and the tone she used was rude. I would have had to wait regardless of whether or not I ordered in the app. No other location has said anything to me like that before and it’s never been an issue until I stopped at this location.

I ordered a box of coffee at this location. I was told 15min and they would bring to the car. I wait 25min, because it’s Saturday. Eventually going inside I see my boxed coffee on the back wall with not anything going on. Not even in the pickup section to show it might have been a miscommunication about it going outside.There is a McDonald’s across the way, sonic, gas stations and other coffee stops all around that you should stop at before you come to this place and waste your time in their drive through.

This was an okay place, but I wasn't crazy about the drink they made for me. Did not taste like what I wanted. Tasted like they started one drink and mixed it with what I wanted. Dark chocolate with a while chocolate venti mocha.

David at the cold drinks station has no clue of organization. He left us standing for 10 minutes with an incomplete order. When mentioned he continued to take people in front of us. His station was a filthy mess, splashes, and spills all over the counter. Then he proceeded to dump a whole Venti size cup in front of a customer and left it for a good 2 to 3 minutes instead of immediately getting it tidied up. the other people that work in the store seem clueless to how to run a Starbucks. The lady that checked this out had no clue of what you were talking about. When you placed an order she would have to say wait a minute and get advice from other people. I know people starting new need help but they’re supposed to be trained a bit better than this lady was. All in all this store needs five negative stars. I would keep going and find another Starbucks if you want your drink in a timely manner and a clean environment. by the way, the restrooms were atrocious. Doesn’t look like they been cleaned in two or three days!
