“I'm fat and lazy, so this is from a DD order.
8:45pm, everything was hot and fresh, not double dipped in the fryer. I'm not sure what crew is working the night shift, but keep it up. Even gave me light ice like I asked. Not to common when ordering on a food app. I'm just passing through, and just had to say, on this day-12/18: Golden Chick crew did a bang up job.“

“After driving all day from the western slope of Colorado on 1/10/2025 in the ice and snow we had to stop in Dumas to sleep for the night. The weather and road conditions were terrible! We all were exhausted and hungry. We rolled into the icy parking lot at 10:50pm and pulled up to the drive through. We ordered a bunch of French fries and mozzarella sticks. The lady that helped us was warm, friendly and just what we needed that late at night. Given the time of day and weather conditions she could have been ready to check out and head home. The food was hot, fresh and our bag had all the sauces you could need to mix with our order. I don’t leave many reviews but feel compelled to leave one given the circumstances and how that employees entire day had likely gone. Before we got to Arby’s we were ignored at other places down the street. Please commend the lady working this night for giving her all she had given the exterior conditions of the day. This was my first time to ever stop at an Arby’s and so glad we did! Thank you!“

“I placed a order here using the mobile app.This location got my order done correctly. Even down to giving me all my sauces as requested. The car hop that delivered my order to my car was very friendly.The food was very delicious at this location.“

“We stopped here during a terriffic t-storm last weekend. Wind and rain made it impossible to order from speaker/drive-up menu. Streets were flooded, no cc, just cash. There were a couple of young men operating this location. Extremely polite and efficient. We had to order at pick-up window due to pooring rain, wind and lightening. The food was good but the service was exceptional!“
