“I must say I almost didn’t go bc of the low rating and pretty bad reviews I read. I don’t live in Texas. I was in town for work and I love Chili’s. I’ve been a Chili’s Rewards member for years. Once I read the reviews, I went in with very low expectations.I had a great experience. I sat at the bar my bartender , Bri promptly asked what I wanted to drink, I asked about drink specials and she told me about the $6 margarita of the month. I don’t remember what it was called but it was one of the best margaritas I’ve had at a restaurant. I didn’t have to wait for my chips and salsa, which I enjoyed while I watched the games they had on that night and waited for my order to be prepared.The Chili’s where I’m from took beef nachos off the menu so I was happy to be able to enjoy my favorite dish at this Chili’s. When my plate camr, it was fresh and hot. I came in kind of late, so Bri was sure to ask if I wanted another margarita since it was last call. I’m glad because I did want another tasty drink. Then, when I noticed I was the last person in the bar, I made the comment that “I need to hurry.” And Bri told me to take my time, no worries.It’s unfortunate so many people had a bad experience, but I rate MY experience 5-stars all the way around.“
“Food is always awesome there. That's my go-to place to eat. The loaded papa's are my go-to always. They just added 2 more and already tired one. It was very good. Aside from other food there, it's just delicious ?. Can't complain of the food. Service there, well, I guess it just depends on the person that attends you, this past visit, and how many tables he's assisting, or if packed or not. Every visit is different. But rating the service of the waiter only. Other than anything else, food does not take long to receive once ordered. I forgot to take a pic lol“
