“Ms.Browns coffee shop is so amazing , I needed a little pick me up today and the great coffee was just the trick , her staff was really wonderful as well, for the last year I’ve been on a rule to just drink zero sugar drinks besides drinking any regular coffee or sodas and when I don’t drink water , normally small owned coffee shops don’t have any zero sugar coffee but Ms.Browns coffee shop offers a variety of zero sugar coffee !! Yall you won’t regret stopping by this place !! The owners are really nice as well, they added a great little business to our community 🫶🏽🤍“

“**TO ANYONE EATING MCDONALDS** We got a 20 piece nugget from McDonald's in Eastland, TX on 7/25/21 at 11:22am. My 7 year old son ate a few in the car then decided to save the rest for later. So around dinner he decided he just wanted to eat the last of his nuggets and some fruit. I made his plate and his cousin’s (who is 2 so I cut hers up) and sat them down at the table to eat while I made myself something else since we didn’t have enough for me to eat. While I was making my plate, I heard my son say, “what is this?!” Then he called me over and showed me this pretty good sized bone that he had found while eating one of his nuggets!! (See the attached pic). Hate this happened to my son, but so glad my 2 ur old niece didn’t by chance get it and choke on it!! So I called up to that location, and explained what happened. When I spoke to Melissa, she explained to me that I would need to bring the bone in along with the receipt and they would give me a new order. I asked my son if he wanted a new order and he asked me if there was going to be another bone in it. I said I couldn’t guarantee that since I didn’t think there would be any in it in the first place. He then said he didn’t want another order. So I just wanted to get my $5.49 + tax back that we had spent for the order. So the next day on 7/25/21 at around 12:41pm I pulled thru the drive-thru at the Eastland location. Melissa wasn’t there so I spoke to Rhonda, who saw the bone and said “that’s unusual, because that’s not how we make our nuggets”. Implying that I was lying. She then said she would talk to the store manager and asked me to call back after lunch rush and see what she could do. So we went home, which is at least 20 min from there. I called about 2:15pm and spoke to Rhonda again. She stood firm that it was company policy to have the rest of the nuggets (which I threw in the trash because I was originally told just to bring the bone and receipt). I said I find that sad and that I won’t step foot inside any other McDonald’s. It was only then that Rhonda issued an apology. Which to me was a problem. Not once before that was there an apology or did anyone I spoke to inquire about my son to see if he was ok. I find it very sad that a $175B company, just lost a customer because they wouldn’t refund her $5.49 + tax because their food was harmful. I no longer trust McDonalds to serve foods to my family that won’t harm or injure us. I hope no other people (especially a child) get a bone in one of their nuggets, and get treated the way I was or worse. Signed, Leslie Grammer Former McDonald’s customer (Big Mac eater) P.S. - McDonalds once gave a lady $2.86 mil for spilling coffee on herself but can’t refund a customer $5.49+ tax who found a bone in your food. Something is seriously wrong with McDonalds customer service.“
