I found maggots on my ketchup packets that were in the same bag along with my food. I called and spoke to a manager on duty, guy got really defensive. Especially when I asked for a refund. I told the guy I had already ate most of my meal he demanded I go back so he can replace my food even though I stated I was not interested in replacing my food but would like a refund. Today I ordered through the app. it took the worst kitchen crew in the world an hour to complete my order. when I finally got my order I was missing sauces and chicken tenders I also ordered were under cooked. I will not be coming coming back anytime soon!
What kind of restaurant runs out of SALT? Really??! We had to run next door to get salt packets from Mickey Dee’s. 😯
