I loove this food truck! They have the best tacos and tortas in el paso! The AL pastor are my go to plate. The prices are affordable and the plates and torts very filling, each is paired with a whole grilled onion some limes, onion, cilantro, red and green salsa! There are even Chile's toreados with the tortas! You will not be disappointed!! Chefs kiss!!!
I've been on a birria kick lately. So I decided to try these. They are on the corner of Montwood n Saul Kleinfeld at the Ep fitness parking lot. I had the quesa birria tacos. The consome was good and not greasy which is a plus. Plenty of meat n cheese. I would have wanted the taco to be crispier to prepare the hold needed for dunking into the consome but that didn't happen. That taco was unawarily unprepared and therefore crumbled upon said task.
