Applebee's in El Paso

“Great restaurant amazing food,service, and vibe! Jordyn the manager was very welcoming and friendly she was also very attentive. Since we walked in I saw her up and walking around greeting people and checking on tables. You never find great managers like that these days that care. Our server Camila was outstanding! So friendly always with a smile each time she came over, our drinks never went empty! She also kept our table very clean for us, the managers here are definitely on top of it here and it showed in camilas service today! We will definitely be back to this location ONLY!“

“We’ve gone to Applebees many times & the service is okay but this recent visit, we had Robert, & he did a good job! Checked on us, refilled our drinks, friendly - seems like the minimum but many servers now seem to forget how to do some of that. Anyway, thanks Robert! Will go back to him next time :)“

“I tried Applebee's Eastlake a couple of times right after it opened, and needless to say, it lacked atmosphere and the food was subpar. I decided that when getting Applebee's, I would drive farther away to the Rojas location, as I live in the Horizon area. To my surprise, I recently.... after 10 months or so, visited Applebee's Eastlake again. Wow!!!!! What a turnaround. This place has done a complete transformation. The beer was cold cold cold amadre! I can't express enough how cold it was. The food was amazing and service was incredible. Then when I thought it couldn't get better, I noticed they have a Touch Tunes juke box. That, and the beer alone have won me over. To then add incredible food and incredible service was icing on the cake. Kuddos to all the mangers and staff for the amazing turnaround. If I have one small observation is lighting. I think if you would tone down the lights a bit and give it a soft lighting feel, the ambiance would improve. Right now it feels like Im walking into a surgical room..... especially at night.“

“I went to Applebee's with my family for my brother's birthday where we had Natalia as our server. She was very nice, super attentive and whenever we needed anything she was there with a big smile with whatever we needed super fast. We were very impressed by not only her great service but the great food and great experience overall!“

“We had such a good experience at Applebee’s! Jamie was our server and she was seriously so sweet and friendly. :) She recommended a dish for us to try and it ended up being really good, so I’m glad we listened to her! The drinks were also amazing and she made sure everything came out just right. She was super attentive without constantly hovering and was just really easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to have a good experience. We had a great time, and Jamie definitely made our visit even better. “As for my first time here at this location of Applebee's I really loved it my server Damian H. was amazing. Although he looked a little stressed and nervous he did phenomenal definitely checked in multiple times to make sure everything was good. And definitely would come back here again. He was very welcoming, kind, and respectful as well. 👌😁“

“4700 Woodrow Bean Transmountain location. Atmosphere- was cozy. Food- was poor til Ricardo stepped in. Tried the quesadilla burger, i didn’t like it. Told the waitress, Delilah, didn’t like it and didn’t offer anything different. Ricardo, the manager, stepped in and offered something else so got the o-m-cheese burger. I’m Jay Beja a professional chef, and Ricardo eagerness to make things better showed right away. My years of experience I see Ricardo as a big asset to your company. Delilah was hovering over us and couldn’t have a conversation especially when we got the check, kept wanting us to pay which was very irritating. Thanks to Ricardo the rest of our meal and time went great. We will continue to go to this location thanks to management. Jay and Grace Beja. Value- was good.“
