“If they g he as gotten the order right this would be 5 stars. Crew there were super duper friendly. Problem with order (zuchini instead of onion rings and ranch instead of bbq for chicken strips). AND evidentially he/she who supplies this place is too cheap to buy a working credit card machine. Frustrating and 2 cards later we got a strip to work. They only have 1 that limps along in the whole place. Shine it up Carl’s Jr!“
“Whoever is the team right now on 6/2/2025 around 8:30p-9p deserves a RAISE! Seriously, my food came out super fresh and it was put together with care. It wasn’t made sloppy, the fries were fresh and crispy, I also order a sourdough double and there was a good amount of everything on it. It wasn’t sloppy with extra sauce or a head of lettuce. I also got a cookies and cream milkshake and it was super delicious!! Thank you guys so much for actually taking your time and putting pride into your work. You deserve 5 stars and a raise!“

“The customer service was absolutely amazing, we grabbed a quick bite after a long day. It was pretty late at night entering the drive-thru, but Eden was taking our order. They were very professional, kind and patient when taking our order. I would give their service a 10/10, many places you can’t get that for it being that late at night. What a great experience!!!“
“They used to take forever making my orders in the past. But in the last 2 months everytime I've gone the service has sped up to almost immediately. Granted when I go there's 2-3 cars. But back then with just my order it take around 15-20 mins. Now within 5 mins my order is ready.“
“I love this location but my worse pet peeve is when employees think it's OK for others to do their job while they play on their phones in several different positions. Thank God for the blonde lady with glasses and the new kid or he would have put her in a cross contamination situation. SMH then he went to sit down an continue like he owned the place very unprofessional. Wow!! I didn't see any other managers working or we would have made a compliant. “Thanks to the 2 guys covered in tattoos this Saturday morning, we were served in the drive thru quickly enough to get my daughter home before she lost it and she finally ate her food! The stars were cooked perfectly and fries werent too greasy or salty. Thank you for save a dad some stress.“
“Placed an order online and paid online. When I arrived their were signs on the drive thru and on the doors saying that the restaurant is closed. Still trying to get my refund back since corporate has not replied to the online submission and the corporate phone number does not work.

“Have been to this location multiple times over the last few weeks and have had great experience every time. The food is always hot, orders are correct and service was perfect. I had to ask the young lady Ruth behind the counter her name because she has led great service every time. As a restauraunt manager myself for years i appreciate this location and teams great work.“

“I’ve only use the drive thru but the service is great. I had lost hope of ever getting friendly, polite, fast customer service at a fast food drive thru. But the employees at this Carl’s Jr. are polite fast and professional. Even with an altered order I didn’t get an annoyed response. And the burgers are very good.“
