“If they g he as gotten the order right this would be 5 stars. Crew there were super duper friendly. Problem with order (zuchini instead of onion rings and ranch instead of bbq for chicken strips). AND evidentially he/she who supplies this place is too cheap to buy a working credit card machine. Frustrating and 2 cards later we got a strip to work. They only have 1 that limps along in the whole place. Shine it up Carl’s Jr!“
“They used to take forever making my orders in the past. But in the last 2 months everytime I've gone the service has sped up to almost immediately. Granted when I go there's 2-3 cars. But back then with just my order it take around 15-20 mins. Now within 5 mins my order is ready.“
“Ordered a Loaded Breakfast Burrito combo for my husband and a Breakfast Sandwich on Sourdough Bread combo for me , they were amazing, great taste , well made , great service from the manager Gilbert and the staff Mark, Ariel & Robbie, clean dining area, well stocked large variety of drinks !!!! Most definitely will come back and enjoy the lunch menu.“
“My daughter was looking forward to eating there on our way to take me back to the airport in El Paso. They don't have one near where she lives in Southern NM. The drive up was very busy, understandably so, but we dined in. It's hard to get to because of the highway. But, wisely, the Highway Dept has built U turn lanes so you can get there from where you are.“
“The customer service was absolutely amazing, we grabbed a quick bite after a long day. It was pretty late at night entering the drive-thru, but Eden was taking our order. They were very professional, kind and patient when taking our order. I would give their service a 10/10, many places you can’t get that for it being that late at night. What a great experience!!!“
“Whoever is the team right now on 6/2/2025 around 8:30p-9p deserves a RAISE! Seriously, my food came out super fresh and it was put together with care. It wasn’t made sloppy, the fries were fresh and crispy, I also order a sourdough double and there was a good amount of everything on it. It wasn’t sloppy with extra sauce or a head of lettuce. I also got a cookies and cream milkshake and it was super delicious!! Thank you guys so much for actually taking your time and putting pride into your work. You deserve 5 stars and a raise!“
“The food here is better than most Carl's Jrs in the area. The fries were fresh but the burgers don't taste like they used to taste back in the day. I'm not sure if the meat changed or it's just not as well seasoned as it used to be.“
“Placed an order online and paid online. When I arrived their were signs on the drive thru and on the doors saying that the restaurant is closed. Still trying to get my refund back since corporate has not replied to the online submission and the corporate phone number does not work.
Update: I received a refund. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter.“

“Always love some good ol carls jr. El Diablo is my favorite and I'm glad they've brought it back. Prices have gone up in carls spending about 18 bucks for a large combo plus a 9 piece jalapeño poppers adds up to like 24 bucks but if you're buying for just yourself it ain't too bad ig. Food great. Service great. Prices are crazy but worth it every once in a while.“
