Carl's Jr. is described by many as having amazing food and great, affordable service. The location is noted as clean and well-kept. Staff are frequently praised as friendly, understanding, and providing amazing customer service, with specific mention of perfect lettuce wraps and good vanilla cold coffee. Many reviews highlight it as the best Carl's Jr. in El Paso with a pleasant experience.
However, some significant issues are reported. These include unprofessional staff behavior like playing on phones, a serious incident involving a hair fried onto a chicken sandwich, and difficulties getting answers by phone when problems occur. While many customers are highly satisfied, these experiences indicate inconsistencies in food safety and staff management at the restaurant.
