Went thru the drive thru. Always check your order b4 leaving..after confirming my order, I was missing silverware and extra packet of dressing.

I got food poisoning from a salad I bought. I didn't eat anything else just the salad and some fries that whole day. I got a terrible stomach pain and nausea. I ended up vomiting around 1am and had diarrhea as well at 2am. I ordered the Cobb salad. I used to buy chick fila more often but stop when price went up and service got poor. I was giving it another chance but after vomiting all my salad and burning my esophagus with it I will not be buying anything else with them. I was so terribly sick I have lost all appetite for there food it's just not worth it.

Put in order for a oart tray it was not ready manager walked away from me I had to call other locations to see if they had my order even though I had a receipt from correct store.Manager was rude

I am really disappointed with this chick-fill-a. I ordered a spicy deluxe meal #2. It clearly says lettuce, tomato, cheese and pickle. I received a bun, 1 pickle and spicy chicken. This is not the first time. I wait a good 10 -15 min with a lunch crowd & I don't have time to check my meal every single time. This is not the chick fill a that I know! So sad certain regions just don't care.

10/10. I rarely eat Chick-fil-A but I decided to go get some. To my surprise, I was met with excellent food, customer service, and an inviting atmosphere. I would specifically like to highlight Leah. She went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. Her kindness and good humor radiated my day like sunshine and made everything memorable. After this positive encounter, I will keep supporting this location in hopes that it never changes.

Stopped in to grab breakfast on 12/17/25... and it was horrible, the hash browns were cold and soggy, the biscuit was cold as well & the chicken filet was tuff, cold & not good at all! Not sure who is preparing it but someone need to have a talk with them... the only thing I got out of this Amy good was the sweet tea. If there was a place to give zero stars I would have, the lady who took my order was very pleasant, but that didn't make up for the horrible food!!!

It's insane! Will never come again to this location and will ask family members and friends not to come to this location! Every time we come they are ALWAYS out of something when it's not bacon it's avocado lime dressing or tortilla chips!!!! This has been happing for a long time and not 10 or 20 times but more! I don't understand how they run out of ingredients regularly. Don't waste your time coming to the location on the corner of rojas and zaragoza!

Every time I go to this location, the service is disappointing. It’s so annoying actually because I live a few minutes up the street but if I have to drive to a different location to get decent service then so be it. A team member named Monica “helped” me out today and was absolutely disrespectful.
Backstory: I drove off, got home, and realized I didn’t have the kids meal that I ordered. Not a big deal right? So I call and ask if I’m able to go pick up, I provided the order number and Monica sounded so miserable, didn’t even greet me properly, didn’t apologize, and hung up the phone on me. Before she hung up, I did ask if I could park in one of the numbered spots when I got there and she said to call when I was there. Cool. I get there, park, then I call. She picks up, no greeting, no sense of enthusiasm, sighing like if she seemed so absolutely irritated to be speaking to me. She stepped out to give me my missing order, not a smile nor any kind words came from her end, and she walked away without saying a word but her attitude did all the talking. Talk about customer service. And she’s the manager apparently. Tragic. This is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A, and it’s frustrating to see this level of service repeatedly at this location.

Large indoor dining area and a medium sized playground that was pretty clean. I went slightly before noon and there was very little parking despite very few people dining inn. It is a bit tight to drive around. But overall it was a great lunch and break on our trip.
