Damn good food. The honey hot chicken is absolutely phenomenal! Their bar is amply stocked, and now features El Paso craft beer. The outdoor patio is relaxing and spacious. Crave is an El Paso staple not to be overlooked.

Terrible service. Food takes an eternity to be delivered on your table. Incomplete orders occurred. Sides arrive 30 mins after the main plates. Also, the kids meal was delivered 20 mins after our order (It was pancakes, ridiculous!) . The manager didn't provide any solution. They continue accepting more people in the restaurant and no food on tables for anybody. It used to be a nice place. Now It's just an awful breakfast experience.

Our waitress was real awesome. My son was having a rough evening (tears) he’s 3 and she was super sweet with him and calmed him down while speaking directly to him to get his order. I really appreciate this because I was ready to leave because he was being inconsolable. She was so patient and understanding with him. I thank her for this and making our 1st time experience here an unforgettable one.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was real awesome. The food was ok, but not for the price we paid. Breakfast, over $100 for 4 people is too much. Then there is the dishonest business practice, they ask what dish you want, then tell you that it comes with one side. You pay extra for the side, so, it does NOT come with one side. Dishonest businesses get the lowest rating, in this case, it is a 1.

Untrained staff that didn’t know what ingredients were in dishes and many dishes and drinks were out of stock. Food took over an hour to come out and it was all cold. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Manager was uninterested in talking with us about our experience and cut us off.The asparagus was good though.Would not return

The staff was extremely undertrained & lacked bare minimum customer service. I asked about dairy in several dishes and the server quite literally said "we aren't too sure". Do not visit if you have allergies. This is very dangerous & really basic knowledge for a restaurant to have. They were out of at LEAST three dishes & one beverage. It took nearly an hour to receive food & it was all completely cold to touch. When we spoke with the manager she cut us off & would not let us finish our constructive criticism. With built in gratuity? Would not revisit
