Terrible service. Food takes an eternity to be delivered on your table. Incomplete orders occurred. Sides arrive 30 mins after the main plates. Also, the kids meal was delivered 20 mins after our order (It was pancakes, ridiculous!) . The manager didn't provide any solution. They continue accepting more people in the restaurant and no food on tables for anybody. It used to be a nice place. Now It's just an awful breakfast experience.
Our waitress was real awesome. My son was having a rough evening (tears) he’s 3 and she was super sweet with him and calmed him down while speaking directly to him to get his order. I really appreciate this because I was ready to leave because he was being inconsolable. She was so patient and understanding with him. Damn good food. The honey hot chicken is absolutely phenomenal! Their bar is amply stocked, and now features El Paso craft beer. The outdoor patio is relaxing and spacious. Crave is an El Paso staple not to be overlooked.
