“We have been going to this dairy queen for about 4 years now. We have had good and bad experiences, mostly with how the blizzards are made. Some times they are perfect and exactly how we ordered them. Occasionally, ingredients are missing. When asking and getting charged for extra, we get less, half is made, and half is just vanilla, etc. It's a hit or miss. I've never been able to figure out what day or time is best. Food has ALWAYS been correct and fresh/hot.Also, if your military or a veteran don't forget to show ID and get your discount!“
“The only negative on this particular location is the parking lot, poor configuration. The tacos, with prefab shells, are comparable to Taco Bell (hopefully without the after effects). The burgers, good God, are surprisingly good. It took me back to my junior high school days. The ice cream is a staple and is ALWAYS good. A definite return to place.“

“Finally had The Jalitos burger, French fries & Peanut butter reeses cup Blizzard-very yummy. Should have bought the large.Kid-friendliness: They will like looking at The yummy ice cream cakes in the fridge. I know, I like to see them. A bit pricey, but very yummy ?.“
“UPDATE: Thank you to the very professional male manager that attended to me last night about 2030hrs on the 06/18/2023.He immediately understood the situation and apologized BUT also gave me the understanding that the female manager from the night before is well known for giving customers a really hard time. So again THANK YOU for correcting the problem and being a true professional!!!Great customer service at drive thru BUT when I got home and was tasting my blizzard, there were no brownie bites and no pecans that I was charged for.I called the manager and she grueled me with questions as if I had gotten my blizzard for free!!! She really gave me the 10th degree!!! I paid $6+ for a small blizzard which I don't mind if I could enjoy what I ordered.She stated that she looked through ALL the late night transactions and didn't see mine and thar she HAD to have the receipt number. I was like I have no problem providing my receipt number tomorrow when I actually have time and it's not quite late at night. She insisted that she wanted the receipt number now. Customer service went out the window with this manager a LONG time ago!!!“
“Ice cream was good. I got the snickers blizzard and I found it a little disappointing. It's not the locations fault. It just it needed some more pieces of actual chocolate in it. All I could really taste was caramel and hardly any peanuts.“
“I was at this location on Sunday, 7/30/23. It was packed and the women working the counter were awesome despite it being so busy. It seemed like they might’ve been behind on orders, but my brother and I got ours in a timely manner and the employees maintained their composure where I would’ve thrown myself out the drive-thru window. It seems the store might be short staffed, so these employees need to be recognized for their patience and professionalism.“
“Good ice cream and the staff were friendly. My only qualm with them (Dairy Queen HQ, really) is that they took the cherry dip away for good, supposedly. That was, hands down, the best thing on their menu and they need to bring it back.Parking: Parking surrounds the building and there is an abundance of itWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots are right in front of the entrance and there are quite a few of them. There are no curbs from the spaces to the doors so if you're in a wheelchair, have trouble walking, etc, you're covered.“
