Pleasantly surprised by the prompt and super friendly service. It helps that it’s at a convenient location. The great space for a break.Parking: Shouldn’t be too difficult for street parking and it’s free parking on Sundays.

A great spot to get your day started of right. We’ve been coming here for a few days during our stay in downtown El Paso. They make some pretty swell lattes and enjoyed my flat white. It’s also a great spot to have your business meetings and get some work done.

I really enjoyed the chicken salad sandwhich it was light, crisp, and refreshing. On the sweeter side which was a pleasant surprise. The coffee was good and the available seasonal flavors were great. Service was amazing the folks behind the counter were very helpful we hadnt been before and they were informative and attentive. Decorations inside the cafe are bright and cozy.Edit: we were only in town three days and we ate lunch here twice. I love their chicken salad so much. This time we also ordered an apple danish and it was flavorful and crisp. Will definitely coming back next time were in town!

Great local coffee joint in downtown El Paso. The ambiance is perfect to enjoy a cup of high quality coffee and hang out. Really enjoyed the atmosphere while sipping on an Americano. Plenty of street parking nearby.

One of the best perks about working downtown is having access to this place. The lattes, food, and service are wonderful! I've gone for breakfast and lunch, dined in and picked up to go. Always great. Definitely try the turkey bacon sandwich.

They have all the basics/necessities for a tasty bagel, breakfast sandwich, or loaded toast. What makes this place really stand out is a unique menu (on top of the basics) along with high-quality ingredients. It's hard to find lox bagels in El Paso in general, so it was nice to see it here. Good quality salmon for their toast was soft, flavorful, and not too salty and was paired deliciously with spicy Pico de gallo & delicious tomato cream cheese. The cream cheese is interesting here since it has the texture of mayo almost, not too fluffy but very creamy. The black coffee is perfectly balanced, not too bitter, smoky, or acidic. The rose latte was well made, not overly sweet, but I was disappointed that you couldn't taste the rose syrup past the coffee flavor, yet, it was probably the best latte I've had in a while. Amazing pastries to really round out all your cravings. The one I had was like a high-quality toaster strudel, and I'd go back for every single thing I ate here. The cheese Danish was more puff pasty than cheese, but it was such a large slice, I'm not surprised it felt a bit imbalanced on the bread to cheese ratio. Service was quick, professional, and mindful.

I LOVE the coffee here and will continue to get it, but they need to be more aware of what goes on when they prepare food. I got a Berry Bagel today and not only did I find a hair, but a piece of metal shaving in my fruit. I'm not sure if this was from a Halloween decoration or something else, but this is not acceptable. Please just do better!

I almost missed this place. I was walking out of my hotel to get some coffee and the hotel staff recommended District Coffee, which was not on my radar. I had actually planned to visit another local coffee shop, but went instead with the locals' recommendation, which is what you should always follow when traveling. I walked to District Coffee on a Saturday morning and was the only person sitting inside, yet the place quickly filled with many others hanging out. The space inside is not very large; however, they have some tables for groups, bar seating by the window and a couch for lounging. Get here early for your cup of joe in the morning if you want to chill inside. The staff were super friendly. They told me about the different drinks, one being the abuelita latte, which is something you can't easily get back home. It's a Mexican hot chocolate flavor, so ordered a 16-ounce, iced version of that, along with a large drip and a PB&J toast.Coffee was very good. It was the much-needed caffeine I was searching for before road tripping. Not acidic, but smooth and bold. Just how I like my black coffee. The abuelita latte for later was also a great drink, with the spices from the Mexican hot chocolate, but with a lot of espresso within. If these don't sound good to you though, they have a large drink menu of different lattes, coffees and teas, along with pastries and smaller food items, like bagels, toasts and sandwiches. This is a wonderful, local coffee shop in downtown El Paso.
