“the coffee is great as always, unfortunately the donuts are a hit or miss, sometimes they are soft, sometimes they are hard as stale bread. customer service is so-so, some employees greet you with a smile, some just go with the flow like they don't want to be there, there's a lot of room for improvement regarding customer service and quality of the donuts, the facilities are outdated and definitely could use a refresh.“
“Loved every second I was there. Normally choose another location for convenience but this store had some of the best staff, shortest wait times, and most amazing atmospheres I've ever experienced. Not to mention the best accessibility for handicapped customers I've ever seen, me and my wheelchaired companians will be sure to spread all the love and health you and your staff gave to us there to others throughout our day. I don't mean to continue glazing (pun) but our delicious morning treats were totally worth it and I can't wait to try other items here. Love the inclusion, keep it up, proud of you! “I've been going to this Dunkin for a few years now. Staff has always been friendly and helpful it's rare that they get my order wrong, but when they do, they are always very kind and quick to correct it. I always appreciate them going out of their way to make sure I had a good experience.“

“The manager with the mullet saved my life! I went in, as usual, to get a dozen donuts. I got them, paid for them, and everything. I was about to leave in my car when I decided to eat one of the donuts. I started choking, and the guy with the mullet took me out of the car, performed the Heimlich maneuver, and saved my life.
