“Always a great Dunkin, never really have problems at this location. Only 4 stars because whoever was the girl with glasses working at 5 am Jan 29th was extremely rude and wasn’t going to give me the rest of my order. She didn’t give me a receipt either but luckily I had my online one“
“The service was phenomenal, David the employee there recommended me a drink that was perfect for me and he keeps the energy alive in there everyday. I come for my coffee everyday and this gentleman always manages to give me a smile and make my day 10x better, and on top of that making sure not only me but all the customers get treated with respect in a positive way thank you!!!! “This has got to be the most friendly people around! I come here just about everyday and every single person that’s helped me has been friendly.
I live in El Paso but work in cruces and when I come through I always get the sweet black pepper wake up wrap with American cheese or whatever flavored bacon they have. The maple sugar one is the best! I’ve had a few times where they use the wrong cheese because it’s supposed to come with the white cheese so I call them and they very nicely remake it and without an attitude like other restaurants do.
They don’t make you feel like it’s an inconvenience. They’re always so professional and nice. I’ve never had such consistent AMAZING customer service from any business and I see them at least 5 days a week minimum.“
