“Always a great Dunkin, never really have problems at this location. Only 4 stars because whoever was the girl with glasses working at 5 am Jan 29th was extremely rude and wasn’t going to give me the rest of my order. She didn’t give me a receipt either but luckily I had my online one“
“My traveling companion went inside so she could use the restroom before ordering. Seems like there was a lot of confusing about who was working and who was leaving. One person took her order, but didn't make her drink. Another person who seemed to be leaving came back and said he was the only person who was able to make her drink. He confirmed her drink order, then preceeded to make the drink with cow's milk instead of oat milk as stated on the order. So he remade her drink and gave her a free donut as an apology. That was a nice touch. The whole situation took a long time, but my traveling companion did enjoy her drink.“
“This has got to be the most friendly people around! I come here just about everyday and every single person that’s helped me has been friendly.
I live in El Paso but work in cruces and when I come through I always get the sweet black pepper wake up wrap with American cheese or whatever flavored bacon they have. The maple sugar one is the best! I’ve had a few times where they use the wrong cheese because it’s supposed to come with the white cheese so I call them and they very nicely remake it and without an attitude like other restaurants do.
They don’t make you feel like it’s an inconvenience. They’re always so professional and nice. I’ve never had such consistent AMAZING customer service from any business and I see them at least 5 days a week minimum.“
