“This is my go to dunkin now, we used to go to eastlake but their attitude was so bad and they made the drinks horribly and always wrong. Here the staff is always kind, they make the drinks ALWAYS right and if i need any modifications they are so kind and dont mind doing them for me. 10/10 finally a location thats great!“

“I placed an online pickup order on the phone when leaving my daughter’s appt - when I got here they couldn’t find my order and apparently I placed it at a different Dunkin. Without hesitation, the guy working the window asked me what I ordered and ran back to make me a coffee. I never expected nor would have asked him to do that but I was blown away by his kindness. He saved a tired mom with a 6 month old and 6 year old a drive to a different Dunkin.“

“I've been going to this Dunkin for a few years now. Staff has always been friendly and helpful it's rare that they get my order wrong, but when they do, they are always very kind and quick to correct it. I always appreciate them going out of their way to make sure I had a good experience.“

“It's weird you know coming from dunkin' donuts era where it had the best donuts now it's tried to survive by changing its name and image and the selection we used to watch him make the donuts now I don't know who makes them how they make them so it was different“

“Dunkin' Donuts was number one donut in the nation for many years. You have let that go down. Don't see your quality or freshness of food anymore. Doesn't taste the same dry donuts. Coffee's not as great used to be number one, your customer service.It's lousy real estate lousy“

“I've been coming here for almost a year now, due to living close by. This location has been one of the best and fastest service. The young man who normally makes my drinks should win an award cuz I've ordered the same drinks at other locations and it dont hit like the way he makes it. The fact that this location is busy busy in the mornings with online orders as well (how i do it) and still manage to have drinks ready in a timely fashion is a big win for me cuz I ain't ever late to work!!! Kiddos to the team for makin it happen!!!“
“I had an issue with my Cold Brew and the manager, Paulina Johnson, reached out to me and invited me back for a new one!! The Customer Service at this location is ALWAYS top notch!! The menu items are delicious and if there is an issue, they fix it immediately with no attitude or problem. I love this location and even though there's a Dunkin up the street from my house, it's worth a couple of extra minutes of driving to go here!! Well done!! Please train the other Westside locations!! 😜“
