“The manager with the mullet saved my life! I went in, as usual, to get a dozen donuts. I got them, paid for them, and everything. I was about to leave in my car when I decided to eat one of the donuts. I started choking, and the guy with the mullet took me out of the car, performed the Heimlich maneuver, and saved my life. “I placed an online pickup order on the phone when leaving my daughter’s appt - when I got here they couldn’t find my order and apparently I placed it at a different Dunkin. Without hesitation, the guy working the window asked me what I ordered and ran back to make me a coffee. I never expected nor would have asked him to do that but I was blown away by his kindness. He saved a tired mom with a 6 month old and 6 year old a drive to a different Dunkin.“

Not only were the donuts amazing and fresh but Edwin’s integrity and honesty was the icing of the cake. I gave him an extra $5.00 by accident and he was honest enough to return it.

“Almost my entire Uber Eats order was incorrect. Iced latte, fine. Hash browns fine. Sourdough breakfast sandwich with extra sausage came on a croissant and was missing the extra sausage I paid for. Donuts? Didn't come at all. I drove to the store myself. Martin was not only professional, but friendly as well. Turns out the Uber Eats driver left the donuts. As for the sandwich, he had it remade, got me fresh donuts and threw in an extra dozen for my trouble. Exceptional service and leadership was displayed by Martin. I'm grateful he was working today.“
