Firehouse Subs in El Paso

“I got the New York Steamer.
The bun was great, golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The meat was pretty good quality.
It was a little heavy on the mayo for my taste, it covered the flavour of the meat a little, plus the mustard should have been more fowarded than the mayo. Otherwise, a pretty good sandwhich.“

“Just picked up my moble order. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The worker (Aaron, I believe it was) had my order ready as soon as I walked up to the counter. I dont order from here often. But DAMN! my sandwich is really good!!

My wife and I will definitely be regulars!

💥Edit!! I ordered the same exact same sandwich again. It honestly was nothing like the one Aaron made! The quality and missing ingredients were definitely not there. They really need to be better at training. They had to call Aaron , and he made things right, getting me a refund. Unfortunately wont be back for a while. Pretty disappointed!“

“I had the longest day of my life today. Exhausted and just needing some delicious sustenance, I stumbled into Firehouse subs today around 4.

The staff were having a good time working together and so welcoming. Obviously people who like their job and their team! I mentioned they were fast when they quoted me my time and they took that as a challenge to be even faster and quoted me a shorter time! On top of that they absolutely delivered a delicious dinner and I left feeling so much lighter.

“Ordered for pick-up. Got there and no one was at the register. I saw someone and tried to get there attention and was ignored. There was no line, just me wanting to buy something else while I waited for my order. Another customer had to tell them I was waiting to pay. When someone came they seemed very uninterested to be there to help. You could just tell these kids did not want to be working. They were moving so slow and avoiding being up front. Others started to come in for orders or to order. The line got long fast since no one wanted to be up front taking orders. If o hadn't asked for my order I'd still be there waiting. I waited almost 30 min more after the time it said it would be ready at.“
