I waited over 25 minutes and the only reason it wasn’t longer is because a nice employee by the name of Joe helped me. He saw that I had been waiting and made sure my order was made. There were 3 other employees not doing anything but standing around talking. If I could give Joe 5 stars I would but the other employees would be 0. I truly love firehouse but this was unacceptable.
Slow service
Orders are never right, always something not in stock, this time was the cheese, last time the toaster didn’t work. No greeting, very cold customer service, looked like she didn’t want to be there. Forgot our Mac and cheese. Soda machine had no options, coke tasted off. Bathroom unkept, no soap, no toilet paper, door doesn’t lock. Owner should be concerned. We like the food, but issues need to be addressed ASAP.
