We had them cater for our company event and the sandwiches were so delicious and fresh. They were missing some cookies in some of the boxes and we called them to let them know. They immediately had them delivered to our facility. They strive to make things right. Highly recommend! Thank you for the stellar customer service!

Good subs, but be aware that they generally put their own spin on traditional sandwiches. If you don't mind that, the sandwiches are good. Their prices are in the Jersey Mike's range. Personally, if I'm going to pay roughly the same price, I prefer Jersey Mike's to Firehouse.
