“Food was absolutely amazing, service was top tier and answered all questions asked. Service was provided immediately and tone/atmosphere felt comfortable. Love how orginal this place is.Kid-friendliness: Has coloring utensils available and postcards to draw and entertain the kids for a good while.“
“This was the first time I went to Five Guys. I have had others bring food to the house before. I ordered online, and the food was ready when I got there. They made fresh French fries, so they were hot. The food was tasted great. The employees were very polite.Parking: This is a mall so parking can sometimes be difficult to find.“
“I recently dined at five guys, and I must say it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was quick, and the prices were affordable. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from burgers to chicken nuggets, appealing to diverse tastes. However, the food quality left much to be desired. The burgers were rather greasy, and the fries were overly salty. The dining area could use a thorough cleaning, and the overall ambiance was quite noisy, making it challenging to have a relaxed meal.On the plus side, the staff was friendly and efficient, which somewhat made up for the shortcomings in food quality. If you're looking for a quick and budget-friendly meal, this might do the trick, but manage your expectations.“
“Not for me.Ordered the big cheeseburger w/bacon, large Cajun fries, drink and shake just to get the entire 1st time experience. Saw the spot on Food Network. For me, the hype about this place was over the top. Sure, it’s enough fries to feed a small army but the burger was not the “OMG it’s the best thing ever” as I expected.Value: burger $13, fries $7+, drink $3+, shake $6(way overpriced & small) add it all up and for $33 for 1 meal don’t bring the family.Summary: For me it’s a “one and done” experience. For the $$ find yourself a Waygu or Kobe Beef burger and that would be worth the high price. Try it once when you have some mad money to burn.“
