What I liked was they had the weekly cookies on display for us to choose. In the background were three other staff members making the yummy cookies.“

The only bad thing is that the day I went they only had 5 flavors of cookies and the ones my daughter had seen in photos didn't have them. I imagine they change flavors but it would be better if they always had the flavors they use.“

“Por donde empiezo? El servicio es lento. es entendible que se tomen su tiempo pero no es posible que alguien que pidiera cosas mas complicadas que las 3 cosas que yo pedí pagara primero. Te ponen toppings sin pedirlos y despues te los cobran sin siquiera preguntarte y si no ves la pantalla con las cosas que te estan cobrando bien te pueden cobrar mas cosas y tu no te das cuenta. La nieve esta muy buena no lo puedo negar, pero para ser un negocio con tanta ganancia y cosas en el menu yo digo que le pudiesen invertir un poquito mas en entrenar a su personal. y asi ya van a abrir otra sucursal... Aaaa y lo olvidaba, te cobran un 4% por pagar con tarjeta y no tienen un anuncio que te advierta por que lo que no quieren ellos es absorber el cargo ellos por transaccion y se lo pasan al cliente y tambien te mienten con los rewards para que digas que si y despues te dicen otra cosa“

“Honest review here. They have a lot of variety and all the paletas are really good. We found very strange that they took away the pecan tray after they heard we all wanted our paletas with pecans and they said they ran out of it. I took a picture of the ingredients right before we ordered and the tray was full then so that was the only sketchy part…“

I love the Fruity Pebbles one 🙌🏽 I used to really love the Cookie Butter one but now it tastes like peanut butter which is weird, hopefully they go back to making them like they used to. “they have vegan chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream. Creamy and delicious!! They have vegan cones plus a huge selection of sundae options that can all be made vegan! A vegan’s dream! I got the banana split sundae (they put their sundaes in cups). I got 2 scoops and did one chocolate one strawberry. The the banana split came with bananas, strawberries, almond slivers, and I subbed the honey almond drizzle on top for cacao drizzle (it’s vegan!) it was incredible, albeit huge! The chocolate drizzle was a little intense for me but VERY chocolatey.“

“This place is always clean whenever the guy cashier is here, they used to have some ladies that always had the facility dirty, and did NOT know how to make the crepes right and we would always see them on their phones rather than doing their job. Now this facility has improved, the service is good, fast and the guy always prepares our order to perfection.“

“On the East Side they are amazing! The west side is horrible. For 3 days this week I ordered and paid 12 plus dollars for a Green Juice drink. I ordered ahead but every time I went to pick it up, I did not feel welcome. Each time they could not find my order. No to mention made me prove I placed an order. The most disappointing thing was, not one time was there an apology or anything for wasting my time.“
