“It had been many years since I last had Jersey Mike’s, but after ordering takeout recently, I was honestly very impressed. We ordered two different sandwiches, and both were absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. You could really tell the person making the subs cared about the quality and detail put into them. The bread was fresh, soft, and tasted amazing. Everything was made perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning again soon!“

“We often go to Jersey Mike's Subs when we visit El Paso for a quick and easy lunch. The shop is small and each table is set up for four people at maximum, so it's not a location for huge groups of people. They do online orders and have a Veterans discount. The bathroom and tables are always clean. The service is quick and the workers are very polite. The food is fresh, and you can't get better subs anywhere else in Texas.“

“First time eating here since the grand opening and I must say it was a very very pleasant experience. I ordered a #44 and a MHI and when it was time to eat it was so enjoyable and flavorful. Hot fresh and made to order. I had no complaints. Portions size was perfect.
The music was not my choice but it was not overwhelming. Also loved see Naruto on the screen. Seems to make the store more inviting. Store was clean and free of any debris on the floor or tables. Bathrooms were stocked and usable. I wish I could have looked at the boh but I’m sure it was clean. I did have one issue but not from the crew more of a design/ management issue: as a former food industry employee the worst thing you can do is stand me infront of an open kitchen and have me work in front of the customers but to the. Force me to eat in the lobby and have people stare at me while they wait for there food as if I’m being lazy when in reality the manager forced me on break to save labor. Smh. They deserve to eat and take a break with some privacy. Rant over lol.

Before I conclude this review I want to give a personal shout out to the Shift leader on duty tonight around 6pm on feb. 11 2026. I forgot her name but she is a very special individual and she should be proud of herself. If you are reading this I know this will not get you a raise but keep your integrity about you and you will go far. I would go into great detail but she is a wonderful person.
