Let me start with I love Jimmy John’s. You have the best sandwiches out there. But the way I was treated when I went into your El Paso store on Resler was absolutely unacceptable. I went In to pick up my sandwiches and was asked to put on a mask. I said ok and before I could get it out of my pocket another employee told me to do so. This is the worst location on the planet!!! They NEVER get an order correct. Not that it's a complicated order considering it's a sandwich on their standard 8" subs. It's always one thing or another. They forget to put mayo, or next time it'll be the tomatoes they forget, or the one flop where they added onions when onions weren't even requested or part of the sandwich. Don't go here. They have no idea what they're doing.
I love Jimmy Johns but these guys don't deliver to my apartment 1.7 miles away. Guy on the phone was indifferent.
