Walked in happy to order & was received with attitude, don’t hire people who are not motivated to work or pleased to take care of people & their questions or orders.
Horrible service at the horizon location . We went in 2 hours before closing. The 2 girls that were supposedly there to provide customer service seemed bothered from the minute we walked in. Did I mention the place was EMPTY!!! I asked for a Pistachio cone, they claimed they were out. my husband asked for a Frappuccino. They said they don’t make Frappuccino’s. He then asked what was in a morellia, she rudely rolled her eyes. We decided to walk out and take our business next...read full review
