Jazmin and Rosy were awesome, both young ladies were attentive, acknowledged me, everytime my drink was almost gone, both young ladies were there to see if I needed anything else. Great spot. Will definitely be back.

Had the best time at Ojos Locos thanks to our amazing server Haily! She was super attentive, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Hands down some of the best service I’ve ever had. Also want to shout out the manager Uleses, who was SO attentive as well. Definitely coming back — highly recommend!

waitress gave herself a bigger tip than what i wrote on the receipt. I left 25% and. i got charged $10 more than what was stated in the receipt. very disappointing, called to speak to a manager and no one answers the phone.

I ordered wings from here, through ubereats... 1, they were the tiniest wings Ive ever had... 2. All of boneless were raw!!! It was disgusting... 3. We couldnt even get a refund for the wings..

Worst service Alondra.. Im not from El Paso I drove 1 hour to go get somethings done in El Paso and we as a family decided to go eat there for the 2nd time and this time Im never going back again. After we where way over charged and the Alondra still added gratitude for a table of 6 which i didnt mind it but if we had better service. We only had 25 min to eat becuase we were going to get charged 10 dollars each person more on top of our tap if we would stay longer because it was a fight night. Which Alondra could of said something when we got there. We still had to hurry and eat because they took about 30 min to bring us our food out to our table. Very bad customer service good luck to who ever goes and gets Alondra as your server. Her and her manager need to get some type of Customer Service skills because you never make fun of your customer like they did. Without customers a business never grows.

I will never go there anymore for 3 reasons
Don't get me wrong, food is good but
#1 They take a long time to seat you
#2 Some cashier girls are not very nice and rude
#3 New Manager Carlos Hernandez is a very rude man with no professionalism and acts like a dumb person. I hope he gets fired
