“The people that served us were very very nice. It was my first time there and they were very helpful and patient with me. Their spring rolls are really good. My wife had the chowmain. I will certainly be going back. Next time I'm gonna orange chicken.“

“The service is consistent great here, my only issue is the inconsistency with the food quality. Some days it is much better than others, little things like dry noodles or undercooked broccoli. Not a dealbreaker for me personally. The bigger plate is the best deal if you’re going on your own.“

Despite my irritation, I made sure to express that my frustration was directed at the situation, not at her. She remained professional and kept a smile on her face while quickly resolving the issue. While I may not have experience in the food industry, I served 20 years in the military, and one lesson that stands out is the importance of communication. It's essential to keep people informed, even if it means waiting longer than expected. All I ask for is acknowledgment; it's a simple courtesy. It's disappointing to see 10-12 staff members behind the counter while no one is tending to customers. Service should be a priority.“

“Normally I get decent service but today rocked. I believe her name was Daisy but she helped me at the cashier with the best energy I’ve received from a fast food employee in the longest time ever! She also did it while they were close to closing time! She had attention to detail for my order and just gave you those vibes that you receive from an amazing person! “Xcellent place 2 njoy having lunch. Svc was very helpful and friendly. They offered 2 assist me w/ finding a place 2 sit and njoy my meal. Upon getting ready 2 leave the serving crew provided me w/ assistance in giving me a plastic bag 2 take home my lft-ovrs.

Parking: 'Cause the svc and the food was so good, I plan on informing all my family and friends of this location. In addition, I plan 2 make another stop 4 their dinner time.

Wheelchair accessibility: All entrance/ exit doors r appropriate and serve well 4 anyone who may need 2 use them.“

“One of the best locations in El Paso, I know when I come to this specific location that I will get the best service and best food quality. It Does get a little busy around lunchtime due to the high school but the employees and staff handle it like champs.“

“It was an overall good experience just that some of the food was a bit cold and tough but we did go later in the night so thats somewhat to be expected aside from that service was amazing and the cashier even brought one if my sides straight to my table since they were still cooking it when i ordered.“

“Our school placed a large order and because of Panda Express policy we could not pay for it over the phone I drove over to pick it up and I left my wallet in my other car and I had 30 girls waiting for their lunches. I spoke to the girl at the counter she says that they cannot process a credit card unless it's present and the manager came over and he said that he was going to trust me and he let me take my meals too the school and then we came back and paid for all the meals. The manager Cesar save the Day for all the girls lunch because they only get 35 minute lunch and they would not have got their lunch on time if he didn't trust me and bend over backwards and make sure the girls got their meals.“

“It is expensive, but a lot of quality food and a lot of flavor. They serve what it is...it's not like others that serve abundant food that the plate doesn't close hehe it's better to order it at home or order to pick up, little space to eat there and no parking.“

“Let's be honest, we love the food. The orange chicken is cooked well here, we love when it's not soggy and they do it right here. The honey sesame is amazing and the cow mein is bomb. And the staff are so sweet to help me with the app so I can get my points and get rewards.“
