I don’t know why the previous reviews say the service was terrible. On the contrary, the service was excellent.
I ordered a family meal, and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff was friendly and attentive. One of the gentlemen even gave me a complimentary water cup while I waited. I was also given an update: “Hey, they’re still working on it—it’s almost ready.”

Your team HAS to stop pre-bumping those online orders. I went from the comfort of my air conditioned car to come inside this hot, stuff building since my order was marked ready, and it was not even remotely ready. Was the s an additional 10 minutes for my order.
