My Panda experience was AWESOME, therefore I give them a 5star.Delicious,quality was great and the customer service even better Thank you
I was very very disappointed the food did not taste like other Panda Express
Not the first time this has already happened but it’s a simple task just to add forks and for the sauces I asked in my order 😭 I’m only complaining because I have very little time to eat and I don’t usually carry utensils with me to eat so yes it’s kind of disappointing not being able to enjoy my food while it’s still hot 🥴

Panda Express is a reliable and customer-focused restaurant, known for its fresh approach. Food is prepared daily and has a hard-hitting flavor. The Eastlake location stands out for its excellent service, featuring friendly employees and a clean atmosphere. While the service is consistently great, some customers have noted inconsistency with food quality on different days, like dry noodles or undercooked broccoli. However, this does not seem to be a dealbreaker for many. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, as seen in their willingness to rectify mistakes and show appreciation for their customers.
Many customers have enjoyed their meals, especially the honey walnut shrimp and Beijing beef, often appreciating that the food is served piping hot. The restaurant is generally clean and well-maintained, although some mention that the bathroom could use more attention. Service is fast and efficient, and there is plenty of parking available, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, Panda Express continues to impress many customers, encouraging even those hesitant due to negative reviews to give it a chance.
