“The food was good. It's always the same. Nice presentation. The staff is nice but the prep time is ridiculous though so don't order here if you're in a hurry. My salad had a lot of wilted, brownish lettuce so check your salad before you leave to make sure it's fresh.
The food are really good.“
“This is one of the best Panerea's I've been to. I love Panera, so when I saw one was being built on Eastlake I was overjoyed. Nothing disappointed me, all the servers and managers were nice. I see bad reviews and I think the only reason people put them is because it's new to them. 10/10“
“Nice, new, clean facility. Friendly service. I've eaten at Panera at other Texas locations, Baton Rouge, Florida. Always good. El Paso is a very dry desert. You have to make adjustments to leaving your bakery and bread products exposed to the dry air here because the air is so dry that baked good start to harden in minutes. If you notice, mexican bakeries cool them, then place them in a plastic bag with very small opening to allow the goods to stay fresh but not dry out. We had to tear off the hard parts to eat our sandwiches. Soup was excellent. Cookies except the kitchen sink cookie were already hardening. Hope you address this quickly. Thanks.“
