Moist Brisket
Moist brisket is seasoned with our Rudy's Rub and smoked slow overnight. Moist is marbled with fat.

Turkey
Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
Pork Loin
Pulled Pork
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Smoked Potato
A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy's Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese. You can add 3.0 oz. sliced or chopped meat for $4.
Whole Jalapeño Sausage
A half-pound German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices and jalapeños added to it. A whole sausage is cut into 4 pieces.
1/2 Jalapeño Sausage
1/2 of the Whole Jalapeño Sausage. Cut into 2 pieces.
1/2 Chicken
A 3 pound chicken, rubbed with salad dressing and seasoned with Rudy's Rub which is then smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served on the bone with each half cut into four pieces.
1/2 Regular Sausage
1/2 of the Whole Regular Sausage. Cut into 2 pieces.

A mixture of green, kidney and Garbanzo beans in a sweet relish dressing.
Cream Corn
Fresh, whole-kernel corn with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, sugar and other special seasonings – made in-house from scratch.
Coleslaw
Chopped green cabbage, and carrots, mixed with a sweet creamy slaw dressing.
New Potatoes
Red potatoes boiled in salt water and served with or without melted butter.
Green Chile Stew

This is a really solid spot that has everything you need for a great meal. I originally visited with my sights set on trying their prime rib and the Rudy’s beans (the non-BBQ style), but unfortunately, they didn't have either available during my visit.

So I went with my 10y son. We are staying at Tru Hilton. We ate inside then got to go order for rest of family. My 10y accidentally threw his drink away and I asked for another cup for him. Waitress thought I was l lying and wouldn't do it unless we paid for another drink. Stupid and annoying. So I got his cup out of trash so he could have a drink to go.

This location specifically left me very impressed! I walked in saying it had been a minute since I’ve been to a Rudy’s and they greeted as if I was a regular with so much joy! I felt so welcomed. To top it off it was delicious! From brisket sandwich to desert (I got the chocolate pudding)! It felt calm in there, peaceful and the BEST PART…. It was super clean! I don’t know about you, but I definitely feel better eating food from a place...
