Fantastic little BBQ spot here in EP. The brisket is melt in your mouth and be sure to get it moist! Pulled pork is always good with sauce but you won’t need it. The seasoning is on point. Normally I don’t get stoked about sides but the BBQ beans are a delight. Sweet heat and a rich bbq taste make them a great addition to any of the meats. The owner Jason is a great guy and goes the distance to ensure you have a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a solid BBQ choice...

Texas Trinity was very good!! We got the brisket (moist) chicken and ribs. Would have gotten the pulled pork but they were out. Sides were mac n cheese with pimento (!) Genius!! Never thought to put that in mac n cheese but it works so well!! Cole slaw and fries. Love the seasoning on the fries! Would definitely go back if we lived here but just passing through. If you're not from El Paso do yourself a favor and check it out. You wont be sorry!!

Awesome food, tasty, bbq sauce and all the meats and sides were fantastic! Jason (owner) and staff extremely pleasant!
Prices are awesome for the quality and quantity!
Will definitely be back! This place will be on our rotation!
