I usually dont leave reviews at all As I’m in 60s but this was absolutely insane and I wasn’t going to say anything but it still makes me angry a week or two ago I ordered a burger with fries and everything was fine so I pull into the stall to eat it and as I take a bite I feel something it’s a hair ! So I go back in the drive thru in disgust and the manager at the time his name was Luis I think was very rude about it and I was trying my hardest to be nice eventually they gave me a new burger but I was still not happy. There was also some big bald guy in the back yelling and messing around.

I came here recently and I ordered a burrito I pulled up to the window and there was this big set guy who was bald with a weird shaped head he was very rude towards me and I tried my best to be polite eventually I got my food and I asked for his name because I wanted to report him to corporate because as an employer why would you want someone like that representing you as a company ? he said Miguel very rudely and with that I left the burrito was also not that good found a hair.

I decided to come over to this sonic as I i work at buttersmith so I go to the drive thru and some guy answers saying hello welcome to sonic my names Luis how can I help you? But as I give him my order he’s very rude and keeps cutting me off eventually he tells me to pull up to the window. I get to the window and wait about 10 minutes just for one burger and the guy at the window who was skinny and had a beard and tall was pretty rude I’m pretty sure it was that Luis guy eventually I got my food and the burger was all soggy. Really disappointed hope they get rid of that guy .
Ordered 3 meals they all had tater tots, and this is where it was horrible ? they tasted rancid. I do not know when they change their oil or if they do. We had to throw them away, what a waste of time and money.

I ordered only a RT44 cherry limeade with extra cherries and extra cherry syrup; I got 1 cherry, and it tasted like a limeade with no cherry syrup, so I know they didn't add extra syrup. Plus it took 30 minutes to get my two drinks. ?
