On Friday 20 October 2023, at 17:30 We were leaving the westside of town (Rudolph Chevrolet) and my wife dialed the Monroe location to place an order for pickup. Her call was answered immediately and placed on hold. By the time we were passing through downtown, I also called the Monroe location and my call was also answered and placed on hold. By the time we passed through the I-10/US54 interchange my call was answered and I placed our order all while my wife was still on hold....read full review
