Star burgers more like ONE STAR burgers! Very underwhelming isn't worth the wait let alone the price. No variety in the menu it’s seems like a spin off of jack in the box or Carl’s Jr just worse? No lettuce No tomatoes No ketchup No drinks. Might as well call it “meat & onions only burger” lol

Star burgers is amazing. Their anakin melt is one of the best burgers my tongue has had the pleasure of tasting. Food quality is always great. The service is good. Yes there are many reviews regarding wait times being slow but personally it’s worth the wait. It’s not hard to understand that a small food truck staffed with 2 people can take some time to pump out orders ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE COMMITTED TO SERVING QUALITY FOOD. This burger joint is legit and I have not had a bad experience. Never have I got a botched order. The food is consistently amazing. If you ever find yourself at this place just have a bit of patience and enjoy. Understand these people who staff this great truck of blessings need time to work these orders out. If star burgers has 1000 customers I am one of them, if star burgers has 5 customers I am one of them, if star burgers has zero customers then I am dead. Thank you star burgers for serving great food and staying honest??.

hand down my favorite burger spot in town due to the premium ingredients used, elaborate menu, & that damn cilantro aioli!! I can promise you that aioli is somethin special lol to anybody being critical about wait time.. Its worth it!! it seems people place 3-5 items per order, thats gonna take some time man!

this place was a big let down & I wouldn’t recommend. the service was very slow- I had to wait 15 mins to be acknowledged just for someone to tell me to use a QR code. then I had to wait almost an hour for my order even though there were only a few customers.
the food was not good- everything tasted like it was cooked in garlic butter so it all tasted the same despite ordering different burgers to try. the solo fries are also mixed in a garlic aioli… since they don’t have any ketchup. after 3 bites of my food, I couldn’t eat it anymore which is unfortunate since I had to wait so long & it was expensive.
I wanted to like & support a small business but Star burgers made it hard to. Orange cow is way better & cheaper if you want a good smash burger on the west side

I had been wanting to try these burgers for a while because smash burgers tend to be my favorite style of burger, for people complaining about patty size definitely don’t understand what a smash burger is supposed to be, flavor was really good, I would like to see more variety with sides, but the cheese tots were so good! It wasn’t too long of a wait when I ordered ahead, which I see a lot of people complaining about timing, but as a small business I understand why it would take so long, also, seating isn’t an issue to me when it’s a food truck that’s moving around, either way, I did enjoy the burgers. I would try again, I hope to see them thrive with whatever changes they decide to try! Keep on keepin on!

This place is actually TERRIBLE . Here’s my honest review after spending $50+ dollars on 3 burgers.
FOOD - 1/10 - the Burgers are quite terrible to be honest. I ordered 3 burgers so can get a taste of the menu diversity , however all the burgers TASTE THE SAME! Since none of their burgers have lettuce or condiments they all taste the same. It’s just meat & onions + whatever aïoli they put on the burger. Not to mention what burger place doesn’t have ketchup for fries? The patties are also seasoned way too much & super thin. After I ate I had a headache I believe it was from too much sodium from the heavy seasoning. Seasoning is a good thing but not in this case
Service - 2/10 : They are quite rude and the customer service is slim to none. You will be directed to a QR CODE to order.
Atmosphere 0/10 - is there none be prepared to eat on the floor or inside your car they don’t provide any seating. After charging me way to much for a burger I should atleast have a place to sit & eat
Overall this place is not worth a visit unless you want to waste $ on high priced below average burgers. I tried to be optimistic since I wanted to support locals however I can’t let them off easy especially after the huge disappointment they provided.

Burgers are good if you are on west side of town. We went from the east just to try these and not worth driving 30 min, eventhough we arrived at 5: 00 pm (open time) we were told to order online and that they already had orders ahead since u can order before opening, wish we could have known before. We waited an hour for 2 burgers and fries Ooo and there's isn't anywhere to sit.

The whole exclusive hamburgers is cool and all, but if you can order before they even open, then what is the point of having an open/close schedule . Just post at the time that you can order. If you are a new customer and decide to go expect to order from a QR code and then the wait time will be over an hour because they get orders before they even open. Saw customers show up and got let down and left. Kinda sucks when you live on the east and have to drive across town just to be let down. No wonder they sell out because you can order before they are even open. The burger was good. Did not see drinks on the menu aside from a lemonade that was not available. Should add drinks to the menu. I know it’s a food truck but maybe some tables and chairs would be nice. I will try again and maybe change my review. But until then just check their instagram to be up to date with the location.

Yum! We had the mushroom burger and the avocado burger. They were both excellent. Not a small burger either. The tots and the fries were great also. The truffle seasoning is light, but enough. Be sure to order ahead. Our order was ready right on time!

5 stars to not hurt the algorithm and because their intentions are in the right place. But overall execution is a bit misguided. Ordered 3 burgers and fries. OG, Oklahoma, and mushroom. They have a great custom ground beef mix and you can really taste the quality and it would be amazing in a thick burger but for smashburgers the ideas don't play well together as the patty ends up a bit dry due to the leaner high quality beef and you only taste the bacon and mineral qualities. The garlic "butter" sauce is a bit over used and drowns out the other smells and some tastes of the rest of the food and getting a mouth full of jar-lic isn't great. And finally the no ketchup elitism is a really weird stance to take especially if serving fries. Overall the prices are good understandable because of the extra costs and higher quality but a few changes here and there won't hurt

We have tried Star Burgers 3 times since we’ve moved here. My husband loved the theme. My brother in law loved the burger. And my 1 year old loved the grilled cheese. The burgers have always been cooked well and they are huge. The fries and tots are pretty good too.
They are a food truck so it takes time and they may not always be at the same location, but they are worth following and trying out on a Saturday.
I can’t wait for them to collab with city events- I think they’d be a hit!

10/10 Star Burgers is a food truck that was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. After hearing their explanation and seeing Star Burgers' instagram portfolio, I had to try it.
I was able to finally give them a try on 08/07/24 after seeing their schedule for the week posted online. I showed up early, and there was no line. Parking was plenty.
The menu for the food truck is a foldable, placed right outside of the ordering window. It is easy to read, and everything sounds very delicious, I will say. I looked through it, and with helpful guidance from the staff, I was able to make my order. I ordered a custom OG smash burger and Rebellion fries with no onions. (Sorry to disappoint!)
I felt it would be awkward to stand there and stare at the staff while my order was being made, so I went to wait in my vehicle. I did see some of the preparation, and I must say it is visual the amount of effort that goes into the food.
Once the order was ready, I took it to my vehicle and decided to eat right then and there. The anticipation was over. The first takeout container I opened happened to be the Rebellion fries, and all I could say was wow. Their side dish had a beautiful presentation, and the smell was mesmerizing - so much so that I completely forgot to take photos of the food! After devouring some of my Rebellion fries, I had to try the main dish. Upon opening the container for my burger, again, the aroma filled the air and even overpowered the fries. The presentation was solid, but that was soon to change. Due to a previous review, I inspected my burger and everything checked out. I took my first bite, and the amazing taste warranted another, then another. I couldn't believe how good this smash burger was. I frequently travel around the country, and fortunately, I get to try all sorts of qualities. I had not yet experienced a smash burger like this. This is seriously the best smash burger that I've had so far, and I will go as far as to say this is the best smash burger in El Paso.
Years of hard work and dedication have led to these carefully curated recipes, and they are a must try. It is worth mentioning that when it comes to burgers, ketchup is a mandatory condiment for me personally. At Star Burgers, the recipes don't have ketchup, and they don't offer it either. This was going to be an issue for me, I thought. Ha! I was wrong, and I was happy to be!
Needless to say, this will now be THE go-to for my burger needs, and I encourage others to give them a try!

He answered all of my questions and gave me helpful guidance on my order. •The names given to all the food orders were creative and fun. •The way everything is decorated makes the food truck very approachable and promotes a friendly environment!
