For the life of them @ this ELP Terminal location, they cannot get my order right. Even when I say it or write it down. It's always what they want to give me. I always order a "Matcha Lemonade with Coconut Milk on top" and they always blend the two & shake it up together & pour it in my cup. It's NEVER as I specifically order it & it seems to honestly confuse them. But I don't get WHY? And I always drink them anyway because I love Matcha and Coconut Milk.
I am personally surprised at their reviews as my girlfriend and I have always had a great experience at this Starbucks whenever we are at the airport getting ready to leave for a trip! The most recent time, the young lady working the counter was super sweet and got my girlfriend tea out very quickly and got our pastries right away! My girlfriend said her drink was great and it was a great way to start our early morning flight to Houston! We will continue going to this location...read full review

Hello I wanted to make a complaint about a customer I had recently witnessed at the Starbucks on B concourse. There were only two employees on shift and both were busy working.
