I mean seriously, it was all right down to the exact number of sauces I requested… and then came by to check on me! Gotta give a shout out to the management that trained this team, and also to Jonnell & Dali who really stepped it up! I’d hire them in a heartbeat - so keep up the great training and promote them!“

“The food and kitchen service were good, they just need to pay more attention to cleaning the tables because we arrived and there was only one table available with low chairs and it was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves to be able to eat there.“
“Coming from across the country where Taco Bell was our pride and joy, this location brings all the pleasantries I remember from back home, but go above and beyond any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. “Our main Taco Bell. Always does well to take care of us. The other night I went through the drive-thru, and ordered a Discovery box. When I got my food, I pulled into the parking lot to check and was missing my bag of tortilla chips. I ran inside to let them know, they were amazing about getting me the item and giving me a couple of coupons for free tacos for the inconvenience. They are great and professional, take care of their customers well!“

My food is always correct and the staff are always very polite and professional, I’m so impressed by the teens that work there! They are courteous and always in a good mood and respectful and I never worry that they won’t get my order right. If you are craving Taco Bell it’s a great location!“

“I made the mistake of not putting no lettuce in my kids tacos and when I told them they made them fresh ones with no hesitation! I felt terrible but in a way relieved that I could have a nice lunch with my kids and not having to worry about them picking everything out. 🥺🥺🥺“
“I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I went to go get dinner! That being said, to the manager and crew that were working today, 4/28/26 @around 5:00pm, you guys are great! Keep up the good work! This is the first Taco Bell I've gone to that's gotten my order correct. I always order the Nachos Bell Grande with double meat and steak. You guys got it right the first time. I didn't have to explain what it was that I wanted. The service was quick! I went through the drive-thru and from beginning to end, it took about 5-7 minutes. The lady that took my order was very friendly and courteous.

“I ordered Combo #1 and both chalupas were cold. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me before, although it was at a different location. I called the restaurant, and they agreed to exchange them. When I went back during second shift, the staff was very nice and friendly, and the food was great. First shift was nice as well, but I liked second shift better. I’m glad Taco Bell listens to their customers and makes things right.“
“Ive been seeing alot of of bad reviews here on this location, about how “bad of an experience they had” but i can only say good things about this location, 5 stars for customer service specially that chris,,,,, the food is great,,, people genuinely can never be satisfied cuz even with all those complaints im sure those are the same people that go every day regardless of “how bad” their experience was. They are hilarious,,,the same people that complain are the ones that go 🤣“
“I have been a fan of Taco Bell from the start. I love their version of Mexican food. Service is always great, and I appreciate the free senior drink. One thing that I don't appreciate is that the size of the product has drastically shrunk through the decades; but that won't stop me from eating Taco Bell food! 😋😋😋“
