Tacos Chinampa is a friendly and professional restaurant with outdoor tables that sells beer. The food is very delicious, tasty, packed with flavor, and served for a good price. Specific items like the tacos asada, the quesabirrias, and the carne asada and al pastor burritos are noted for being on point. The Wednesday Quesabirria special is 2 for 1; they are delicious, crispy, and cheesey with plenty of meat, and the consume is rich with a great kick. The Valentine's Day combo was very filling. A complementary warm noodle soup with beans is served. The Saturday menu is excellent, cheap, and delicious, with mentions of the tripitas with rice and beans and the barbacova burrito. However, some experiences note the meat in burritos was not tender and was chewy, and there was inconsistency with a side order once receiving a baked potato with cilantro and radishes instead of rice and beans. Parking is in a small shopping center with plenty of space. Overall, it is a gem definitely recommended, with many planning to return.
