Food and smoothie were amazing and I would have ranked it 5 stars but there was a bit of a miscommunication when my smoothie was made and was not told. I waited a very long time only to find out the smoothie was done and wasn't told it was just a few feet away from me. Other than that the experience wasn't terrible. Great food and amazing smoothies.

The main complaint that I have is that they take pretty long with orders at this specific location. I usually go to another location in the westside. I go to this one when in the eastside. Anyway...It took around 20 or 25 minutes to receive my order of 2 smoothies. I didn't want pineapple or mango juice in one of my orders. Not sure if the order took long because of this? I ordered 2 Limey Blimeys. This is my favorite smoothie from Tropical Smoothie. it's the only one I'll order...read full review

Not sure about smoothies, but flatbreads are bad. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club asked for no lettuce, they put lettuce. The bacon was soooo thin, just one slice. Flatbread was sloppy and not folded down the middle as it should be since one is supposed to use the pressing machine. Even the flatbread itself was bad.
