The first time I went was in the morning and the employees were so friendly and the drinks were great. The second time was this evening and the lady at the register was so rude. Not one time did she smile, or say hello, how can I help you, thank you, have a good day. Nothing. Even my son was is disbelief with how rude she was. As teacher who teaches about the hospitality industry and professionalism, I will be using this experience as a bad example of customer service.
LITERALLY small menu. They actually crushed this kale apple salad bowl so less salad would fit inside.
Got food poisoning from the northeast location and the manager tried calling me a liar. Horrible horrible experience. Zero stars ⭐️ 👎
