Friendly staff overall, the manager Ricardo was really helpfull and Elias was also really helpfull and nice! This is now my favorite wingstop location overall!“

“Ordered the Mango Habenero from here and boy was it hot...lol I didnt have any issues with the food, just the service seem to take them long to make the food. But i definitely love the wings and the sweet potatoes fries are good. I would definitely recommend them if you've got time to wait around.“

“This was my first time ever ordering food online. I called the Wingstop on McCombs Street in El Paso because I’m not very computer savvy and don’t like doing things online. I spoke with a couple of employees first, and honestly, they didn’t sound interested in helping at all. I called back and spoke with Lydia, and she was completely different. Lydia actually got on her own phone and patiently walked me through the entire online ordering process step by step from my cell phone. Because of her, I was able to place my order without any issues. Lydia did an excellent job and truly went the extra mile. She deserves recognition from her manager. Management should also take a look at the customer service from some of the other employees, because not everyone is willing to help the way Lydia did. The food was good but we waited about 10 more minutes than our expected time but the food was good so it was okay.
I’ve been to this location in the past and have had the same experience with the cashier and she is always very kind as well as the cooks always prepare my food to how I like it.“
