I paid for a bubble tea through the drive through for her to tell me almost 10 minutes later I PAID that they ran out of boba. Then I said that I did not want it anymore , she refused to refund me and gave me a flimsy hand written note as "store credit" , because she could not give me my cash back. This is THEFT . I did not get my drink or my refund . This happened yesterday (May 9) at 8:10pm. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!
worst customer service at the new location on zaragoza ive been trying to get a hold of management or corporate and no one can direct me to them.

The employees work in scorching heat, making it uncomfortable for customers. Management needs to address the high temperatures inside the shop promptly.
