There were several strands of hair in my crunchwrap. The staff was very unprofessional in their handling of the situation. Tried to tell me to go through the app for a refund. I was passed off from 1 employee to a second one, then to a 3rd who then sent me back to the second one before they did anything. One hair in your food us bad enough, but a couple is really nauseating.
Gentleman at the window is always so kind and offered me a refund with no questions the one time they messed up. The food is 9 times out of 10 perfect the only thing I can complain about is the chalupa supreme are kind of chewy sometimes other than that it's wonderful.
I could not give it any more than three I can't say it passed or failed do you have to experience it yourself
