Waited at drive thru speaker for 8 minutes, no one came on, so we drove up to the first window, waited 10 minutes for employee to open window and acknowledge us at the window. We placed our order, paid, and waited 20 minutes at the window for our order, we were handed a partial part of our order and we were instructed to park and wait for our two chicken wraps. Gotta be the worst Burger King ever. Waited forever at the drive through speaker before anyone even spoke to me, only to tell me that they would be right with me and waited another 10 minutes. I finally get my food and drive home and all my food is ice cold. Can’t get anyone on the phone at all, because they don’t pick up at all. Terrible customer service coupled with terrible food.

Cold onion rings, just ate them because we had to go back and order the sandwich I asked for again, ended up paying for a stupid chicken wrap we DIDN'T order in addition to what we DID order. The staff were friendly, so there's that. Orders took way longer than they should have to come out, for everyone who came in.
