“This is a first for me for sure. Normally, I only comment on fast food restaurants when they do a terrible job. However, today is a different day and this Burger King was absolutely phenomenal. There was a young woman with purple hair, I think her name was Layla, but she went out of her way to help me and the cashier was super sweet !!! I will definitely be back.“

We've been there twice now, the first time was a little awkward because they wanted to know your order but you couldn't see the menu because somebody was standing there taking your order before you got to the menu. But it wasn't a big deal. I just asked what they had, and he said Burgers, and so I just said then I will take a burger. LOL he did his job great, but just to set up was a little awkward for the first time. Second time I had read the menu from before, so I was ready to rock and roll. Lol“

“Received kids meal coupons from Reindeer Dash 5K that were expired but the manager accepted them both.Was worried when I got them for the grandkids the store would not accept but no problem.Manage told me they try to accept the coupons even if expired as long as not a year expired.Great experience. Grandson loved his meal.“

“Longhorn has some of the best hamburgers and fried food in general (fries, tots, onion rings).The burgers are huge and taste great!The only complaint I have is how loud it gets when it's crowded.I would highly recommend it if you haven't been there.“

I don’t recommend the Palo Alto location stay far away from there. The manager Neeta Johnson kicked me and my family out horrible service and was mumbling racial slurs.“

“The customer service was great. The employees seemed genuinely happy to help service you which provided a welcoming atmosphere which is something I picked up on immediately. The food was amazing and the wait time was short. Very enjoyable experience!“

“First time eating at a Firehouse Subs. Was not disappointed. Sandwiches were nice and hot. Loaded. Every bite was just delicious. Only regret I have was getting a medium sandwich instead of a large. But pricey but so is Subway and to be honest this is way better than Subway!“

“I got the gyro sandwich, it’s pretty good, I honestly didn’t know that arbys had other options instead of roast beef. And I thought it wouldn’t taste as good because it’s from a typical chain restaurant, but I was surprised that’s it’s a good sandwich. I would definitely get it again!“

“I like Arby's in general. Their menu is unique compared to the typical fast food burger joint, or the COUNTLESS Taco restaurants in SA.This franchise keeps their standards up, and they will make you a Super Roast Beef even though it isn't on the menu any more. It is the only fast food I know of where you can get a Reuben and several types of Gyro, including the traditional Greek type, in a drive through. During different seasons they will have some "limited addition" sandwiches unique to the time of year, like a spring chicken sandwich. Their shakes are richer than most burger joints, also with a "shake of the month". My daughter likes the chocolate mint when they have it, since it tastes sort of like a York Peppermint Patty. Give them a try. I am selfish and don't want Arby's to close any stores.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a single floor layout with a sidewalk.“
