The food is great and the service is phenomenal! The people that work here are always so sweet to me every single time! They work so hard to make sure our food is served quickly and everything is right. Highly recommend and can't say enough to compliment the person in charge of hiring the employees because they pick the nicest people!

Golden Chick is known for its good food and friendly, helpful staff. The customer service is exceptional, with the management going above and beyond to resolve issues. The morning crew is doing great, with foods always fresh and staff greeting customers with smiles. Customers appreciate quick and efficient service, especially during lunch hours, and find the food to be flavorful and satisfying. However, after 5 pm, the service can slow down, and accuracy may vary, with some orders missing items like fries or sauces, and food sometimes being soggy or room temperature. Despite these occasional issues, Golden Chick works quickly to fix mistakes and aims to provide a positive experience for its customers.
