I afford everyone an off day, but when the ENTIRE staff looks and acts miserable, something is wrong. Mobile ordered today and was told to pull forward, waited and waited, finally went in to ask and was completely ignored for a few minutes, finally the window gal came up to me and I asked about my food. This location is the worst at customer service!!!
The times I have visited on numerous occasions I have been directed by employees and today the general manager of the store. I have reported numerous complaints with no response from corporate or even a manager. Discrimination is a serious offense and at this point this is how I feel I am being treated.
