The service can be hit-or-miss, with some excellent servers and others who may disappear for extended periods. It is a good tried and true go-to for a quick meal out. The food is cooked consistently and is always as expected, with fantastic additions to the menu like the Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks in the Triple Dipper. The food was phenomenal and much greater than expected from a typical chain restaurant. Service was great and patient, though the restaurant could use a little cleaning. It remains a convenient and familiar dining option for those craving their favorite dishes and the classic chips and salsa.
