Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP offers a great menu with friendly staff, providing a satisfactory breakfast experience that many would recommend to family and friends. The food is generally tasty and fresh, with highlights like the French toast and new chocolate strawberry pancakes. However, the dining experience can be inconsistent. Some customers have reported issues with service quality, including attentiveness and problems with orders, such as missing items like cheesecake mousse. Despite this, there have been positive experiences, with staff members like Joanna and Paula being noted for their caring and respectful service. Overall, IHOP is a place where customers can enjoy a good meal, though experiences may vary.
