We called in advance to see if kids eat free after 4:00. We were told yes. We showed up, ate and then we're told they don't do kids eat free at this location They only do happy hour. I called corporate the next day to see if it was true, that way I could avoid that IHOP with my kids.. no IHOP does happy hour.. All do kids eat free but this one refuses.

Took over 40 minutes to get our breakfast for 2. Others coming in after us got their food before us. Manager not very attentive with us or even apologetic. Waitor was more attentive then him. Bern there several times n this hadn't happen to us

Trenady is an awesome server, and the food was on point!!! My wife said her spinach and mushroom omelet with bacon was DELICIOUS!!!
We decided to give our local IHOP another try.While the food was tasty, their kitchen must be terribly short staffed as it took way too long for food to arrive, considering the store was not very business.The waitstaff seemed to be waiting around for orders.

Our waiter was so fun. We will definitely be visiting more. The food was great and easily adjusted for my food allergies.Dietary restrictions: I get the new York cheese cake pancakes with blueberries ,because i am allergic to strawberries
Absolutely horrible experience. We were there 20 min before someone even came over for our drink order. Once we finally ordered, it took an hour for our food. I would have walked out if it wasn't for the person I was there with. The place wasn't even busy, there were maybe 4 other tables with people. Then people started showing up, after us, and getting their food before us. The manager kept telling us 5 min, that their printer broke and they didn't notice or something. I've never had a worse experience at a restaurant.Edit: Our food never came. We ended up leaving after almost 2 hours watching people come in, eat, and then leave all while we waited for our food, which never came. The manager was super rude to us and to the employees. Get rid of that guy asap. Bad leadership will destroy your business.
