“Let me start by saying I am a super picky eater, especially when it comes to Mexican food. We never eat out on a week day but my son and I were exhausted and I did not have it in me to cook today or to drive out of the area we live in during traffic hours. He couldn’t even believe we were dining out on a week day lol. I remembered this place since I’ve driven by so many times and was convinced to try it since it had good reviews on google. I was very pleasantly surprised, everything was great! The food was yummy from the chips & salsa to the entrees, (I had the shrimp in diablo sauce and my son had gorditas) and it was nice, clean, and cozy. I had a really rough 10hr day at work and being treated so kindly as someone also in food service really meant the world to me. Randy's customer service is unmatched with great menu recommendations. He has an incredibly polite and respectful demeanor and tops it off with a great sense of humor. I appreciated everything he did for me and the amount of care he handled our orders with. “I took myself here for my birthday dinner last year! I still remember how lovely of a time I had — I was away from home and wanted to have a nice dinner but it was very important to me to find a place that wouldn’t make me feel odd for celebrating alone!

First, the food was delicious, of course. It was expensive, of course, but definitely very appropriately priced for the quality of the food and experience! As a college student, I wanted to find a place where if it was expensive, I knew it was not overpriced, and it definitely was not! The steak and other foods I ate were delicious! The wine selection was also great and their sommelier was excellent and well versed on the menu.

Second, the service was lovely and I felt very well taken care of on my birthday. I never was made to feel awkward, out of place, or unimportant. In fact, they made me feel very welcome and treated me with compassion and kindness — even excitement — for my choice to spend my evening there! They were so kind and friendly. I loved the employees I talked to.

And finally, the atmosphere was beautiful and very appropriate. It was not anything overly themed or special, but it felt very nice and refined, and tailored to the quality of the restaurant and food.
